Private Sessions

I offer private sessions in yoga, meditation and mindfulness. One to one or small group yoga sessions or guided meditation sessions can offer a tailored practice for individual needs. These sessions are ideal for those of you who are:

  • busy struggling to fit a public class into your busy schedule
  • beginners looking for an introduction to yoga
  • experienced yogis looking to improve certain aspects of their practice
  • looking for a more specialised practice incorporating meditation, pranayama (breathwork), etc.
  • recovering from an illness/injury
  • looking to manage a current illness/injury

Sessions are £60 for 60 minutes, with discounts available for multiple bookings. Please get in contact to discuss your needs and requirements.
