Hi, I’m Cory.

I’m a yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and nutrition student. I work with people to help them find the best version of themselves and live their life to the fullest. Whether it’s becoming stronger or more mobile, managing anxiety or dealing with stress I work with people to overcome life’s obstacles.

I believe that our time on this Earth is short and that we should make the most of it – being mentally and physically healthy is just the start of it but these aspects sure do make life more enjoyable! I am passionate about the health and happiness of all people whilst also making sure we look after the planet and all the other beings we share this beautiful place with.

In August 2017 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with YogaLondon and in January 2018 I completed my 60 hour yin yoga training. I have continued my training completing a Mindfulness Diploma and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Diploma with the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists in August and September 2019 respectively. I went back to university in September 2017 to study Human Nutrition and will finish the degree in 2021!
