Hi, I’m Cory a Yoga teacher and Nutrition student based in London.

I am passionate about both physical and mental health and well-being using yoga and food to help improve all aspects of life.

I used to be a Human Resources Manager and found my career was having a negative impact on my health and happiness. Through yoga I found a tool which not only worked my muscles but also eased tension in my body and mind and helped me to find peace and emotional balance.

I left my job and career in January 2017 and travelled for 6 months during which time I found a greater connection to yoga. In August 2017 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with YogaLondon and in January 2018 I completed my 60 hour yin yoga training.

I went back to university in September 2017 to start my training to become a Nutritionist.

I teach yoga and share my love of food through creating recipes and content to help others live a happier, healthier life.
